Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from J.WinJewelry.com you can return your purchase within 30 calendar days from the original delivery date for a full refund.  Exchange requests will also be honored within 30 calendar days from the original delivery date.  Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges on the delivery or return of goods.

Heavily used, dirty or damaged items will not be accepted.  There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Goods Damaged In Shipping

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "free of charge" replacement, shipping included.  We will require the return of the damaged product to us for assessment before the replacement is sent.  This process usually takes 10-14 business days.  If you require the item sooner you can purchase a replacement product, and when the damaged item has been returned, we will issue your refund payment.

Method of Refund

J.WinJewelry.com will issue your refund via the same method in which your original order was paid.

How to Make A Return

All we ask is that you please fill out the online return merchandise authorization (RMA) form using the link below.  Once the RMA form has been completed you will be emailed an RMA number.  You will need to write the RMA number on outside of your return package.  Send the return along with all original packaging to the address given in your RMA email.  Please insure the return package for your protection.
